The system

Modest volume. Maximal effort. Extra work only where you want it.

Many programs try to grow muscle by stacking more and more sets. VOLTIER makes a different trade. Every set is a hard set, so you need fewer of them, and the recovery you save goes to the muscles you most want to bring up.

Most programs ask you to trust a spreadsheet you don’t understand. VOLTIER works the other way around. Every number in the program comes from a rule you learn in the guide, and the workbook does the arithmetic.

Four dials you control

The structure and the effort rules stay fixed. The fewer decisions you make in the gym, the more energy goes into your sets.

  • Volume tierHow much work goes into every session
  • Priority musclesWhich muscles get trained more often
  • ExercisesWhich movements fill your sessions
  • Loads and repsYour progression, set by set

How it works

Five pillars, one system

Each pillar is simple on its own. Together they give you a program that is hard enough to grow from, light enough to recover from, and flexible enough to follow you for years.

Effort: every set counts

VOLTIER keeps volume moderate, which only works because every working set is hard. The guide teaches you how hard to push each set, how to judge it reliably, and where to hold back so heavy lifts stay safe.

Volume tiers

Instead of guessing how many sets to do, you choose one of three tiers. Your tier sets the volume of every session, so the program fits your recovery, your schedule and the phase of life you’re in. The guide tells you where to start and when to change.

Tier 1FoundationThe minimum effective dose
Tier 2StandardThe default for most intermediate lifters
Tier 3AdvancedFor lifters whose recovery is dialed in

A rotation built for recovery

VOLTIER runs on a rotation instead of a calendar week. Sessions are spaced so every muscle comes back recovered and ready to beat the log, with full rest days built in. Miss a day and nothing breaks: you pick up where you left off.

Priority slots

Pick the muscles you want to bring up. VOLTIER trains them more often, while you’re fresh, without adding training days. The workbook builds the extra work into your plan and shows you what it does to your weekly volume.

Autoregulated deloads

No fixed deload weeks. As long as your numbers climb and you feel good, you keep training. Your log and a short check-in tell you when it’s time to rest, and the workbook flags it for you.

Who it’s for

Built for lifters who already train

VOLTIER is for lifters with at least a year of consistent training who want to build muscle and are willing to train hard for it.

VOLTIER fits if

  • You have a year or more of consistent training behind you.
  • You want to build muscle and you’re ready to push sets close to failure.
  • You know the basic exercises and can keep your technique clean when it gets hard.
  • You want to understand why every number in your program is there.

Look elsewhere if

  • You want a strength-peaking program. VOLTIER is built for muscle growth.
  • You’re brand new to lifting. You can start on the lowest tier, but learning technique comes first.
  • You want a high-volume program. VOLTIER keeps volume moderate and effort high.

Questions

Before you start

The questions lifters ask most often, answered briefly.

What exactly do I get?

Two files. The VOLTIER guide is a 50-page PDF that explains the system and contains every session at every tier. The VOLTIER workbook is a Google Sheet that builds your program from your tier and priorities, logs every set and runs your deload check. Right after checkout you download the guide and copy the workbook into your own Google Drive.

Do I need Excel?

No. The workbook runs in Google Sheets, which is free with any Google account and works in your browser and on your phone. You can also download it and open it in Excel. It uses dropdowns, formulas and conditional formatting to build your program and colour your log. If you prefer paper, every session at every tier is printed in the guide, and a notebook works too.

Is VOLTIER for beginners?

It’s built for lifters with at least a year of consistent training. Beginners can start on the lowest tier, but should spend their first months learning technique and grow into the effort rules.

Can I train on fixed weekdays?

VOLTIER runs on a rotation because recovery doesn’t follow the calendar. If you need fixed training days, the guide shows you how to fit the rotation around them without losing what makes it work.

What if I can only train a few days a week?

You can. The rotation simply runs a little slower, and the guide explains how to keep your training effective when you train less often.

Can women run VOLTIER?

Absolutely. The rules are the same, and your exercise choices and priority muscles let you shape the program around your goals.

Is it safe to train this hard?

Effort is high, but controlled. The guide tells you where to push and where to stop short, and how to choose exercises that let you train hard without taking unnecessary risks.

Does it cover nutrition?

Yes. Part IV covers how much to eat, protein, carbohydrates and fats, sleep, training in a deficit, cardio and the few supplements worth your money.

How long should I stay on one tier?

As long as it works. After every deload, the guide gives you clear rules for moving up, staying or stepping down.

How does checkout work?

Checkout runs through Digistore24, which processes your payment and sends your invoice. You get the download link right after payment.

Do you coach contest prep?

No. I coach lifestyle athletes who train seriously alongside work and life. If you’re preparing for a show, a specialised prep coach is the better choice.

How do the weekly coaching check-ins work?

You fill in your tracking sheet in our shared Google Drive folder. I review your training, nutrition and body data and record a personal Loom video with feedback and any changes to your plan. You can rewatch it whenever you like.

Is there a minimum term for coaching?

Yes, three months. The first weeks are about dialing in your plan, and visible progress takes time. After that, coaching continues month to month.

Choose your tier. Beat your log. Rest when the data says so.
