What this website does not do
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking pixels or advertising tools. The fonts are hosted on our own server, so visiting the site does not connect you to Google or any other font provider.
Server log files
When you visit this website, our hosting provider STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany, automatically stores technical data that your browser sends:
- IP address
- Date and time of the request
- The page requested and the page you came from
- Browser type and operating system
We need this data to deliver the website securely and to detect misuse. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. STRATO keeps IP addresses in the log files for no more than seven days, unless they are needed to investigate a security incident. We have a data processing agreement with STRATO.
Buying VOLTIER
When you click “Buy now”, you leave this website and go to the order page of Digistore24 GmbH, St.-Godehard-Straße 32, 31139 Hildesheim, Germany. Digistore24 sells VOLTIER as a reseller and processes your order and payment data as a separate controller. Its own privacy policy applies to the checkout.
From Digistore24 we receive the data we need to deliver the product and answer support requests, such as your name and email address. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
Coaching applications
If you apply for coaching, you fill out a form hosted by Google Forms (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). We use your answers to assess your application and to contact you. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Applications that don’t lead to coaching are deleted three months after our decision.
Online coaching
To coach you, we process the data you share with us: your contact details, training and nutrition logs, body weight and measurements, check-in answers and anything else you choose to send, such as progress photos. Some of this is health data, which we only process with your explicit consent (Art. 9 (2) (a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Your tracking sheet is stored in a Google Drive folder shared between you and us (Google Ireland Limited). Weekly check-in videos are recorded and shared with Loom (Loom, Inc., an Atlassian company, USA), with which we have a data processing agreement; transfers to the USA are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Google Forms and Google Drive are provided through Google Workspace by Google Ireland Limited, with which we have a data processing agreement (Cloud Data Processing Addendum). Google may also process data in the USA; such transfers are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
We delete your tracking sheet, check-in videos and all health data three months after your coaching ends. Invoices and the records needed for accounting are kept for eight years and business correspondence for six years, as required by German tax and commercial law (§ 147 AO, § 257 HGB).
Contacting us by email
If you email us, we process your email address and your message to answer you. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for questions about a purchase and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR for everything else. We delete the data once it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention periods apply.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the authority responsible for us: Der Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen, Prinzenstraße 5, 30159 Hannover.
